Burton komt een geheel eigen girls site genaamd burtongirls waar het logischerwijs alleen om het vrouwelijke geslacht draait en spint. Net als onze damesspecial She Rides die morgen in de winkel ligt.

“With burtongirls.com we wanted to create a forum where girls could discover fun, unique and diverse content around the lifestyle and culture of our sport,” vertelt Donna Carpenter, President of Burton, ons. “There are so many cool aspects to our lifestyle – from traveling and meeting people all over the world, getting to ride the best mountains on the planet and working with the best snowboarders, and burtongirls.com reflects all of that.”

Centraal staan vijf secties die de Burton girl lifestyle zullen onderstrepen:  Snowboarding’, ‘Travel’, ‘Health & Beauty’, ‘Style & Culture’ en ‘Après’. De ruggegraat van de site bestaat uit Burton teamriders als Kelly Clark, Hannah Teter, Gabi Viteri en Linn Haug, die er hun riding, fitness, fashion en favorite foods berichten zullen posten. Daarnaast worden zij bijgestaan door een dertigtal lifestyle experts.
